Salary: £ 15000 (full-time (per year)) + Commission available. OTE 20K in first year

Client Account Manager
15K 1st years OTE 20K
An established sales consultancy firm, who specialise in providing sales support to B2B clients, is looking for an additional member of staff to join their sales team.
Your role will be to manage key accounts, in a variety of sectors and to work on specific targeted projects. You will be contacting local businesses on behalf of your key accounts and introducing their products and services; turning prospects into leads and leads into appointments. You will be expected to be able to create and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with your clients.
The key element here is QUALITY. You will, on average be expected to make approximately 20 appointments per month (10 per client), which is around 50 calls per day and for no more than two clients at one time. Commission is earned through booking quality appointments and is subject to change on each project.
Training will be provided on each project and continued personal development in a sales capacity will be available throughout, however certain criteria are essential to fulfil the role:
•At least 2 years call centre/B2B sales experience
•Maximises all opportunities in the process of closing a sale
•Can demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers
•Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
•Have a mature and professional attitude
•Able to speak clearly and articulately over the phone
•Have a good sense of humour
•Have a positive, can-do attitude
•Be a quick learner
•Able to show initiative
•Be of smart appearance
Be at least at an Intermediate level with IT knowledge
•Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
(A driving license and own vehicle would be advantageous but not essential)

Additional Info:

• Hours of Work - Monday-Friday 9-5
• 1 hour lunch
• 28 days holiday (including public holidays)
•Temp period to last no longer than 8 weeks
•Interviews are expected to take place throughout the rest of January, with a view to hiring early Feb
