The Role:This is an excellent opportunity to join this leading real estate consultancy based in Sheffield city centre. You will be working on behalf of 1 Director and 3 Surveyors providing secretarial support through both audio and copy typing and organising and arranging their appointments. Your main duties will include:• Audio typing by both digital dictation and tapes of reports• Maintenance of time sheets and inputting them into the in-house database• Arranging and organising meetings for around 10-12 people• Arranging and maintaining diaries for appointments• Any other general administration duties to be done in the office such as filing for example. The Successful Candidate:You will be an experienced secretary especially with audio typing experience. You will be a hardworking individual who is flexible and a fast learner.
