Recruitment Assistant
Location: : Sheffield - Sheffield
Rate: £ 14 to £ 16 K (full-time (per year))
A specialised role based in the centralised HR department of this national organisation. Working closely with an HR Advisor, you will assist in the co-ordination of recruitment exercises – recruiting both support staff and qualified professionals. Duties include: drafting adverts for internal & external vacancies, liaising with recruitment agencies, devise job descriptions, organise and attend interviews etc. For this role, you must have experience in recruitment – either in-house or within an agency environment. You must be capable of producing professional job descriptions, liaising with a wide range of business contacts, and be confident to contribute when interviewing potential candidates.
