Customer Service Officer - IMMEDIATE START

Rate: £ 12.9 K (full-time (per year)) + Annual Bonus, Pension, Profit Share, 25 days Holiday
Job Description
An excellent opportunity to join a first-class banking organisation in a busy and successful Customer Service Team. You will have exceptional Customer Service skills and will offer a first line service for existing customers who require advice or want to make enquiries about their Motor Insurance. You will provide the customer with all necessary information they require in order to satisfy their query.

Hours
Candidates will be able to work on a FULL TIME basis with positions starting IMMEDIATELY. The site is open from 8am - 8pm so shifts will be rollings shift patterns between these times, generally 3 weeks of 9am - 5pm and one week of 12 - 8pm. We insist that candidates work at least one Saturday a month, but the day will be given off in the week. Shifts will be confirmed at interview.
