The Role:This is a great opportunity to join the Sheffield office of this International company.You will be working in the customer services department and the main aim of you role will be to provide a high level of customer service and sales support to both internal and external customers. Your main duties will include:• Dealing with orders and queries form customers by telephone, fax and company website from existing companies• Logging and monitoring calls on the service desk database, entering and progressing customer’s orders• Investigating and resolving customer queries and claims in an efficient manner in accordance with agreed KPI’s• Offer technical advice and support to customers, identifying replacement/additional partsThe Successful Candidate:You will have experience of working in a customer service or call centre environment and have general administrative experience.You will have excellent communication skills and good telephone manner as well as the ability to work on your own initiative and be able to work to tight deadlines.You will be PC literate and have good knowledge of word and excel.You will be an organised individual and have excellent attention to detail.You will also be a self motivator and have the ability to work both as part of a team or on your own initiative
